Booking & Appointments

You can request an appointment online or by calling 703-759-2200. Online requests are confirmed by our team, so please watch for our call or email.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the time to another guest.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may need to be shortened out of respect for the next guest.

Health & Safety

Please tell us about any allergies, skin conditions, medications, pregnancy or recent treatments before your service. Some treatments are not suitable for everyone, and we may adjust or decline a service for your safety.

Student Intern Sessions

Intern sessions are performed by students in training. Please ask when booking if you would like an intern session.
